If you have followed all the directions carefully and still are not connected then try connecting manually. To do so, you will have to go to network settings, then select network selection or connectivity, select manual network search, and reset your network settings by selecting a different network to Lebara. Repeat the manual network search and select Lebara or Vodafone as your network you will be able to connect to your network.

Locked handset:

If your handset is locked then the sim card won’t work unless you get it unlocked. You can get your phone unlocked by calling the previous company and asking them to unlock it for you.

Expired sim card:

Your sim card won’t work if it has not been used in the last 70 days. You will have 14 days to top up if you want to reactivate it. After 84 days you’ll have to get in touch with our customer service to reactivate the sim card. If 114 days are passed and you didn’t use your sim card or topped up then your sim card will be expired and be deactivated permanently and you will no longer be able to use the same number.
